    • Continues with the nutritional matrix, now focusing on the cerebellum.

    • Brief discussion on the autonomic nervous system:
      • Emphasizes brainstem and cortical projections to the brainstem.
      • Explores interactions with the IML and how to support it nutritionally.
  • Part Four: Sleep Disturbances & AK Challenges
    • Discusses different types of sleep disturbances.
    • Explains how to use AK challenges to evaluate sleep-related issues in:
      • Anterior cingulate cortex
      • Ventral medial prefrontal cortex
      • Basal ganglia
      • Dorsolateral prefrontal cortex

• Seminar Structure:
